This review is for the individual, not the company. I give the company overall, 2 stars, but a few people in this organization really try to do what is right vs. what is barely enough. The representative is named Krielow Chamberlain and he put thought and care into finding out the right answer to a very long question. Thank you!

Krielow Chamberlain, was the person I dealt with and did a fantastic job and stuck with me until I was able to complete the forms despite the fact that I was dealing with a new computer that I barely knew and did not communicate with my printer yet. I manage to complete the operation with a phone that was also not sending out photos at the time so it was a mess for a while but Krielow was patient with me and made sure I competed all forms correctly and emailed me back to keep me at it.
