We have documented records of repeated attempts to confirm bid dates, clarify scope, and schedule calls to address concerns. Unfortunately, the client did not provide specific, actionable feedback when requested and declined coordination calls. Bid dates were also changed after schedules had already been confirmed. The claim that work was “abandoned,” that “no projects were completed,” or that communication “ceased entirely” is incorrect and can be disproven through our email records and delivery history. Our service provides quantity takeoffs and estimates based on the drawings and specifications issued at bid time. Final bid review, scope confirmation, and coordination remain the contractor’s responsibility, which is standard industry practice. We remain open to resolving issues professionally when clear scope and timelines are confirmed in writing.
