I purchased the digital store product, hoping to join the digital product-selling bandwagon. I have no prior experience in e-commerce or creating digital assets. I also bought the OTO. This upgrade gave me more than one store with multiple products per store. Although not a walk in the park for a newbie like me, their customer support makes it easier and the pain bearable. I even thought they must be so tired of me now. I have dealt with more than one person and several questions, and each time it was explained in layman's terms and a very precise bullet point guide. This is just the icing on the cake. The digital assets are very professionally done, and I am very excited about this journey. It is something you wanted to offer and buy for yourself. Well as with all things online I was skeptical that this could be all they promised, but so far it has been, every email gets a super friendly response every "help" gets assistance, I am navigating my way through the website set up, you learn a lot and feel empowered once you have managed to follow the instructions and set up the particular function/ item.
