The support department is not judging and very helpful. all my questions were answered in less than 24 hours, in a detail and professional manner.

I have recently decided to purchase two separate, fully designed and uploaded with ebooks, websites from digital products stores after I saw a post on Instagram. I was very sceptical at first, but as the price was very affordable I decided to take a risk as I recently was made redundant and the time was right for me to become my own boss and manage my time. But after paying for my websites they were promptly ready for me to access after 24 hours, as per their promise. As part of the package I was given access to how to videos that were very easy to follow. The websites were done very professionally and they were easy to edit to my preferences guided by the provided videos. As I wanted to merge the two websites and didn't know how ( I am not an IT specialist or very knowledgeable of the digital stuff) I contacted their customer service and was very pleasantly surprised with their prompt, clear and friendly advise and guidance. So far I am very happy with the progress I have made. Once I link my existing domain with the website I will be ready to start recieving money from the sales of the books that look so eyecatching. If you are thinking to buy into the digital products store my advice is go for it. Nothing to lose but to gain freedom from 9-5 work.

Customer service is absolutely incredible. Fast responses and they are really nice. I am absolutely impressed by the customer service alone. Still trying to figure out products and system but they are really helpful.

While the product was of a very high standard it did not fully fit with my requirements. I reached out to the company and they did everything in their power yo accommodate me to a very satisfactory conclusion. Ps. Customer service was wonderful.
