My experience was really great in trying this digital platform. I've experienced some trouble just because I'm older and not good with technology. It seems so easy to use, and understandable to most but I've needed a lot of help of support and they have been there 100 percent, always responding right away, very helpful, non judgemental and kind. I just want to add, I'm so very appreciative of customer service like this, thank you!
