Very quick response and very professional handling of the incident

I've needed assistance twice, once for my initial setup and the second time after a hard drive crash. Of course when I was under a deadline and out of time. Each time I've reached out for assistance the team at DigiCert was happy to help me. I can't say I was a cheerful person either time but they looked past that and made sure to handle my situation. I'm signing MS Access applications and it requires more than a standard install. I didn't think it could be resolved the first time, but it was, and the second time I thought I'd be stranded without the first team's knowledge. This time it was Cedric and Jonathan who helped me out on a Zoom call. Cedric wasted no time moving from learning about my issue to resolving it. He was calming and navigated me through the rough seas. Obviously, I'm pleased with the service. I did upgrade to 24/5 service when I bought my certificate. I'm glad I did because both times it was after midnight and customer service was available to help. If you're on the fence just go for it.

I recently was having trouble validating a custom domain with an azure static web app. I reached out to digicert as a last resort and I am so thankful that I did. I was able to reach someone immediately who was able to resolve my issue. Days of troubleshooting taken care of in a few minutes like magic. It was amazing service.
