I’d like to share a bit more about my experience with DigiCert. Overall, working with DigiCert has been a positive and efficient experience. Most notably, I was impressed with the quick validation and issuance times, which is critical for minimizing service disruption. On occasions where I encountered issues, such as payment authorization or domain validation, the support team—especially Nontuthuko—was highly responsive and helpful. I had questions in-regards to the validation status. Called DigiCert and spoke to Valerie. She was very professional, and a pleasure to talk to. Very knowledgeable, answered all my questions, and resolved all outstanding items. This is my first experience with DigiCert, and I am very pleased. I highly recommend if you are looking for your organizations SSL/Code Signing Certificates.

the issue was renewal the certificate there no optional for that and ask for support and told me re-issue option and get email for Approve Certificate Request for stcsc.sa after approval i did re-issue and i get the certificate.
