Very quick help from support (important SSL Validation)

Great support immediately resolve our issue.

I've been trying to get a certificate for my software application for a month. Both companies that I dealt with before finding DigiCert were extremely unprofessional, took days to respond, and made the entire process difficult. I finally found DigiCert and within 3 days I had my certificate and I'm now fully up and running. They are very professional, their process is streamlined, and their support is quick. If you're in the market for an OV/EV certificate, I can't recommend them enough.

Fadia checked and pushed the validation through after the check was completed, this was bugging us for some time and making our customers anxious so was really nice. Issue we have is that often we can't, as a partner, assist customer in updating cert-validation. Chat was helpful to validate.
