Hi, Writing this after Brandon helped assist me with getting my 2 EV certificates verified. One of them expires on the 9th and was panicking a bit as just came back from AL and no one had picked it up so was worried it wouldnt be approved in time. Brandon spoke to me on the live chat, I explained the situation and he asked to call me. On the call he was super happy and friendly and put me at ease by talking through the verification process and what he had to do. Best interaction I've had with external support. Brandon is definitely one of the highlights of digicert
