Weigh-ins are impossible. Worst interface experience imaginable. If you ARE RUNNING A TIME SENSITIVE WEBSITE REQUIRING TINELY WEIGH-INS, you actually need to be able to verify your weight on time. Unbelievably frustrating, and if you get upset, you’re impolite. Horrible experience, except by placing money on myself, I really do stay accountable— despite the crappiest interface imaginable. I mean, I literally can’t get the weigh-in buttons to functions on three devices and three browsers in each one, after updating. Not my devices, their lousy site and interface.

I followed the rules and lost 4% of my weight. I never got money. I submitted final weight within 2 day time frame. Received email saying final weight was logged. Next day got email saying I only submitted weekly weight and resubmit the approved photos for final. Now am told I need new weight submitted with a new word. Game is closed so I can't comply. I read other reviews from people who have had same experience. I have their emails showing I am right. Do not trust people who are greedy

This company is a SCAM! I won the game (my weight was verified and I received and email saying I had won). However, they refused to give me the money that I supposedly won. I paid $35 to join and my winnings (according to their email) were about $48. I have received nothing, not even give me the initial payment. I have emailed and contacted through Facebook with no luck. So I’m here to warn others to steer clear of this company. There are other ways to lose weight.

I recently finished a 4 week dietbet challenge and won. Its now been over 2 weeks and still have not received a payout for the two games I played and reached goal weight. When I played a few years ago, payment was always fast with no issues. It makes me worried that this may be a scam now. No more games for me.

I enjoyed the game but when you win you cant get your money back. Been 14 days and still no sign of it. Keep being fobbed off.

I used DietBet years ago and had a good experience. Well, they changed. I just WON my 4% in 4 weeks challenge and I LOST MONEY. Your membership fees aren't enough to satisfy DietBet, oh no, they took ALL the profits too. And if that wasn't enough, they are also going to hold your payout for 7 days! NEVER AGAIN with this greedy company. Byeeeeeeeeeee!

Rating as 5* because I personally didn't experience any problems with DietBet. I took part in a transformer bet (lose 10% in 6 months) and won all of my money back plus about £100 on top. Money was transferred through PayPal and I had no issues with this. I also had no problems with weighing in etc so cannot comment on their communication. What I liked with DietBet is that everyone wins the same amount regardless of how much they actually lose. I only wanted to lose about 10-15lbs, so when I used other weight loss companies (HealthyWage) I was getting shockingly low predicted winnings (was quoted to make a £10 profit if I lose 10% in 6 months). With diet bet, everyone wins the same amount as long as you lose 10%. The transformer bets are also done in rounds, so you can lose the first few rounds and still win the remaining rounds, which is nice.

Sadly a very dishonest and sneaky company who pitch themselves as wanting to help people. But really don’t at all, and communication is dire.
