Dido Agency pretty much saved our business. Roman and his team are professional, efficient, and very creative. We were using mailchimp for 8 years and switched to Klaviyo, and started working with Roman over 2 years ago. Reconfiguring our campaigns and flows, Roman was able to increase our email revenue by over 115%, which has translated to a net increase of 5% = saved our business. Open rates went from 18% to 40% on most campaigns and we were recognized by Klaviyo for our open rates. We all know acquiring new customers continues to increase, so you have retain your existing customer list and provide perceived value or your emails get deleted/unsubscribed and eventually end up in junk/spam. Roman monitors all analytics to make sure our email list is performing at optimal levels. We highly recommend Dido Agency if you want to retain your customers.

They did an amazing job with everything they did. TOP KNOTCH communication, real genuine copy, beautiful designs, the full 9 yards. I'm picky about who I work with, but now, after working with them, I'd HIGHLY recommend them.

Thank you, Joseph! Thanks for the kind words from our team - means a lot to get this kind of feedback. It was very helpful from the very beginning how you gave us everything to have a clear understanding of what you're about and are looking for and thanks to that we were able to tailor the result right to the expectations you were a gem to work with as well =)

Working with Roman was an awesome experience. We had a deadline and he exceeded our expectations. He even fixed a few issues that we hadn’t picked up within the time allotted. He will def. be our go-to guy in the future. Thanks for working diligently. The level of professionalism and attention to detail was very appreciated.
