If I could give this place a 0 I would… I order product from them 3 months ago and never received any of it so I asked for my refund… they on sent me half of my refund and never sent me the rest I kept email trying to get the rest of my refund and they just kept sending me the same email back over and over and over.. this company is a complete scam and stealing peoples money… Don’t Order From Here

It’s a scam. Do not buy anything from them. You won’t receive purchased items.

Dictair says my order was delivered may 11, 2024 and I did not receive my order nor did they say what postal service carrier that was used. I asked for my money back and did not get a response. Do not order from this website! It's a scam

Order items through a sale on Facebook from Fashionnova but it was the dictair site. Item shipped late and once made it to my state it was marked as delivered. Never received item and company will not tell me with the delivery carrier is. Very upset these were graduation gifts for friends.

Never received my order they said they were going to resend the order but they never did !it’s all fake .

I never recieved my order. It took for ever to recieve a refund. It's the worst service that I have ever had.

This company is a scam!! I never received my products. Did a flash sale on face book as Fashion Nova and found out it was this company. First said order was shipped. Never received. No customer service #. Then sent emails auto generated. Then said they resend products. Never received those either. I doubt I'll get money back either !! Originally ordered March 1st as of April still nothing.
