We sincerely apologize that the cheeses arrived warm and were no longer safe to enjoy. We understand how disappointing and embarrassing this must have been, especially since it was intended as a gift. Unfortunately, UPS delayed the shipment by at least three days, which is beyond what our packaging is designed to accommodate and outside of our control. Even so, we completely understand your frustration and are sorry the gift did not arrive in the condition you expected. To make this right, we've arranged to resend the perishable items at no additional cost. You'll receive a confirmation email shortly, followed by another email with tracking information once the replacement order ships.
