I won a total of 14000.00 I am trying to withdrawal 6400.00 they was 320.00 bitcoin processing fee said we have to pay a percentage .i said I have no money she offered me 1500.00 and I pay only 160.00 in bitcoin. Um hello !! No casino operates like this . They are stupid to think people are not going to catch on. Especially casino professionals . I have everything they said recorded. Just to much to write. But I quarentee you I’ll never get my money . They lie excessively . When I asked for the phone number she refused to give it to me. I now get emails threatening me saying if I don’t pay to withdrawal the system will treat it as a bad debt . And to ask for a withdrawal extension to avoid this happening . When I tried asking them to do that she just kept repeating herself telling me I have to pay 320 in bitcoin.for the past month I get nothing but a run around. They are stealing our money. They are definatly a scam . I’m out this money and what I did pay . I’m pist as hell and want someone to do something about it! I’m going to notify my lawyer and the police and the BBB .
