I have been using diabetic warehouse for awhile and I have found them to be reasonable in their prices and very dependable in the delivery of my items. I would recommend them.

You never sent the missing part for your brand of lancing device that makes it possible to test elsewhere other than the fingertip. I contacted you twice. No response.

The test strips were for my machine. No issues with that. HOWEVER, the strips are reading 30 points different than the ones I get from my doctors office. The packaging is different as well, making me wonder if this is really some knock off brand. Not happy with my purchase, since I spent so much on them. Will not purchase from here again. On the plus side, shipping was quick.

I did not get an explanation of why my most recent order of August 17th of this year was $10.00 more in price than my previous identical order on July 11, 2020 which was back ordered about 10 days by the why..

The test strips were delivered in damaged boxes .

Never get supplies in a timely manner!
