My only concern with the service is that my sensors and transistor have not been delivered in a timely fashion. My previous sensors and transmitter expired yesterday 2/23/26. I’m not expected to get my new ones until 2/28/26. Therefore there is a gap of 5 days without anything to monitor my blood sugar.

My experience in terms of service was very good. However, I received an expired package (over 2 months) of test strips that I notified them and they promptly sent me a replacement package. I suggest that your staff should check the expiration dates before selling them to customers at full price. But your customer services was very responsive.

The testing strips seems to be old

Product works great, sure was expensive though.

Experience was good, would have been great if it was delivered on time,

I get adequate pills at a fairer price than when I purchase them in larger quantities.
