Prices too high

The needles on the syringes that I purchased are very flimsy.

I purchased a Contour Next Diabetic Starter Kit. It came with Philips brand control solution, rather than Contour control solution, It had instructions to do a control solution test before using the meter to take blood sugar readings. I took four readings with both high and low control slutions and none fell within acceptable range. I wated nearly 5% of my test strips that came with the kit without yet doing an actual blood sugar test on myself.

Received the package in a timely manner. The shipping box was in tact with no damage. After opening the box I noticed the box the product came in was smashed and tore in one corner. This was packaged like this so a person knowingly sent the product out

I returned an order for refund and I never got the refund

2 out of the 3 of these sensors worked fine, but one of them would not pair with my Tandem insulin pump, due to it being an older shipment, which I only realized after inserting it and it failing to pair with my pump. I had only checked the first one and it was fine, so I didn't expect the 2nd one to have any issues. Just a warning for anyone to double check for the underline under the LBL code on the side: "White line? You're fine!" I think these cost way too much money to just be out 1/3 of the order because of losing a lottery

It has taken 11 days to process (shipping included). Previous orders have always been sent and received within 5 - 7 days. Maybe next time use "Priority" mail. I am about out of product which has previously been noted.
