Shipping time was longer than expected

Delivery was late and I was forced to do finger-sticks for two days until it arrived.

They had the device I needed, which was great. But there shipping options are very limited, not for anyone in a hurry. For example I ordered on a Friday, needing it right away. The only option was two day business, so it should have been Tuesday. However with the Christmas Holiday it turned into a Friday delivery. I realize that once it leaves the warehouse they have no control over it, but not having any rapid delivery options to begin with is their fault.

Shipping is slooow, so be sure to order your supplies well in advance of running out.

The only thing is you need to work better on your delivery because my order ticket so long thank you

For the first time since I found Diabetic Warehouse I am disappointed. I bought the Freestyle Lite CGM at my doctor's request and I cannot get it to give me a reading. I charged it before use while reading the volumes of instructions included. I try to get a reading and all I get is "unit will be ready to use in 60 minutes." I would just like a return authorization number and/or a replacement unit. Thank you in advance, Rick

Four to eight business days just doesn’t cut it these days.
