I can’t really give your store a rating, because I have not received my order yet. There seems to be a problem with USPS as a delivery system. You guys might want to reconsider and start using FedEx.

Product was expired

The book is much smaller print then the one I received at my doctor's office. Same cover, same company. The old book is slightly larger. Do you have a book that is larger?

The test strips I received expire in a few months and had the same expiration date as the ones I ordered last year.

late arrival as advertised & not much inventory!

I ordered a universal lancet device & got one that only takes 1 kind of lancet. I can't use it because the lancets I have just kind of flop around in it because it has a large opening that would only take a round ended lancet.

Product received in good condition and accurately, price was comparable. Delivery was longer than expected from a company selling medical products.
