Loose bottles of testing strips
I received loose bottles of testing strips. They were sealed but I don't appreciate getting product that is not in the manufacture's packaging. UPDATE: I received an immediate response from the customer service team. They immediately refunded my order. I am very pleased with the response and am raising my rating from 3 to 5.

Hi there, we've issued a full refund for your order. Our test strips are stored and shipped in their original, factory-sealed packaging, so we're concerned to hear about your experience. Please email us at [email protected] with a photo of the test strips you received so we can investigate this further.
