I called before 9 one morning to ask if the web page for soon-to-expire test strips reflected their actual stock. Zach called me back fifteen minutes later. He said they'd get more in about a week. I asked if he could say precisely, and in reply he made the change to their site as we spoke, so that I could order them immediately. Thank you very much, Diabetic Warehouse and Zach, for your immediate and full attention and support.

I placed an order and somehow my street address numbers got transposed. I don’t believe I mistyped my own address but I didn’t notice the error in reviewing and placing the order. Nonetheless, according to the post office, my package was delivered to a neighbor. I checked with the neighbor and he said he didn’t have it. Zack at Diabetic Warehouse took hold of the problem and he faithfully stuck with me and resolved it by placing the order again for me. I have received the order. A big relief. Thank you all.

Excellent service by a very talented sales person

I am changing my rating and review from before... I have to say Brian made this customer happy. He followed up not once but twice to make sure all is good.... too bad other companies don't follow his lead... told him when time to order will use Diabetic Warehouse... thank you Brian and DH...

The shipment was perfect product satisfactory

My original order did not arrive even tho I got an email saying it had been delivered. I sent a message saying I had not received it. Zack was very helpful and reordered for me. Of course I got the original order and then I got the second order. I messaged Zack that I would keep the second order and I called so they could bill me for it. Everything worked out just perfectly! Thanks!!
