Item took 10 days to receive when my first order only took three a little disappointed besides that the item was perfect works great debating if I will use them again

I ordered tests strips with special offer of 100 FreeStyle lancets with ordering the FreeStyle test strips but I never received the lancets.

A lot of the strips haven’t worked.

It seems you no longer have 7097C test strips Contour. That's what I'm using. Let me know. Thanks.

I contacted DW for a patch to protect the glucose monitor I wear on my arm. The first attempt, SkinGrip patches, harmed my skin. Customer service was great but the lighter weight replacement came loose in the swimming pool and failed to protect the glucose monitor at all. They were good to deal with but I'm disappointed in the results.

The company provided the diabetes supplies in a timely manner, but also sold my contact information to various companies that spam continuously. Thankfully I use proxy addresses and numbers for each service (that’s how I tracked the source of the leak to this site) that can be disabled. Pretty disappointing though for an otherwise okay company.

After ordering I started getting spam email from other diabetes companies ("Cash in your Dexcom today!" was one example subject). I created a new email address before ordering that I only gave to Diabetic Warehouse, so I know they were the ones who gave/sold my email address to other companies.

The app doesn’t work and I need to order again. Ugh.
