I was not satisfied with the order. The second item that was sent was wrong for my glucose meter, so I decided not to bother with trying to get the order correct once again.

Should be a zero. Did not receive product and customer service was no help!

Many products appear to be the same. When you order the wrong item, you end up paying for it! Roche in the mean time sells many products that look very similar. Be careful. Midwest USA

My credit card was compermised so I had to cancel it. I tried to log on and change my credit card but couldn't. I finally changed it by adding a new card and removing the old card. I sent a email to customer service and have not yet received a reply.

I haven't ordered from you since you jacked the price of your test strips to double what they were. Totally unreasonable. Jeff Ladd

A large number of the diabetic test strips that I received will be expiring before I can use them even though I test twice a day. VERY Disappointed

You dropped service with no notice - did not get supplies depended upon - had to scramble to purchase locally only to find that your prices are higher then can be purchased locally.....
