The shipment came quickly. I was pleased with the service. As I have gone through the diabetic test strips, There have been quite a few (5-6) in the first box I opened that have not worked. The monitor would say that the test strip had already been used.

Great response for any mistakes QUICK response on getting orders back out to the customers, could be better with answering or responding to phone calls while some may wait until the last minute to order. That's what makes us human. Can you explain why the price has gone up when we are clearly in a epidemic right now.

As a first-time customer it would be premature to offer a comprehensive review, other than to say that my diabetes equipment arrived on time and in good condition. My supplier has changed twice since I began using a Dexcom G6, so I'm reluctant to offer glowing praise or condemnation until this relationship has an opportunity to develop further.
