What is it that i am supposed to have purchased? i have been in Madagascar since March 2020. My glucose meter was stolen. So when i return to the US i will have to buy a new one. Anything I purchased 7-8 months ago will no longer work for any new product i buy since the meter i had was at least 5 years old.

The book was useless and too bulky and heavy. I threw it out!

I have yet to receive the Logs that were part of my order. To me, an incomplete order is a failing grade. This should not happen in today's outsourced shopping environment.

It was a robotic call. Unable to give an input. Had to be mailed to a different addrees but call ended. Person said it was a "live" call but the technology doesn'.f allow to take comments or to deviate from yes/no or the like. Thereafter I called the customer service and it was closed. Now it's uncertain where the spplies will end up.

It's often hard to find this particular test strip because my husband has an older machine. You had them in stock and we will continue to buy from you. Thank you so much.

Janet, it appears that your rating of 1 star might have been a mistake. Your actual review seems to imply that you were happy with your purchase.
