It's nice to have a site that actually…
It's nice to have a site that actually allows people to order pen needles. Ridiculous that they require a prescription on some larger sites.

when i bought the wrong product because…
when i bought the wrong product because there was no information on their website that said a product would not fit another style of freestyle libre ... i lost $100

Late shipment
For the most part I have had an excellent experience but one shipment was filled 4/19/24 and I didn’t receive it until 5/11/24. I tried to find out why but I couldn’t find any way to contact anyone about it. Update- Received a prompt response with very helpful information. Like I said before I have been very satisfied with all my orders.

Somewhat negative
Somewhat negative. I ordered lancets and test strips. Only the lancets were shipped. The test strips were not (they were listed on the packing slip in the carton). After waiting for them to arrive it required a call to customer service to clarify that they were not shipped. Customer service was good and responsive and the missing items immediately shipped. So customer service gets an 'A', but the order was not filled correctly in the first place.
