Ordered small blue Onetouch logbooks. Received different books which were too big to fit in my test kit. Have asked for replacement with correct books, which I hope will be forthcoming.

I, again, have NEVER used Diabetic Warehouse, nor am I a diabetic (thank God), and I am sure you are doing a great job. Wherever you sent the supplies, it wasn't to me.

I haven't recieved it yet, no updates, unless I download another app. I ordered on 8/18/20. It's now the 31st and it's still not here and no heads up. Will NOT order from this co. again!

Order never received and I only have two days of strips left.

Customer service never responded to my inquiry suggesting I may have been victim of a security breach through them.

Never received my order.

The only time I ordered from DW was two years ago. I placed the order, they took my money, and failed to send the product. After several attempts to get a response from DW by email or phone, I had to ask my bank to stop payment; the bank, in turn, filed a fraud claim to get their money back. As if this experience isn't bad enough, the products sold by DW are not approved for use in the U.S. I would advise against purchasing any products from this company.
