I haven't ordered from Diabetic Warehouse in about 2-3 years . Why am I on your list of anything?

I had received one order of Censors and was ordering my second order. I was then told that I owed $185 that was all I was told. I thought that was too much for three censors.

I have not received my order, last message was it was filled but nothing else, no shipping notification as I usual do, it has been 2 weeks

It ordered to the wrong address and I couldn't cancel it or change the address, and still got charged for it.

Still have not recieved my order

Posted a picture of the lancet box I was shopping for but delivered a different model. When I called the cutomer service I was told this was the new version of what I ordered. I told the customer rep that I could have bought the new version for much less per box and I ordered from them because they posted that they still had the former model. I had to argue with the rep to get any adjustment and after several minutes the rep finally agreed to a $9 fefund per box and told me never to order from Diabetic Warehouse agin. They are safe with me.

I received a notice that I had purchased an item or items from this company. The problem is I haven't bought anything recently. I immediately reached out by email, text message and made several phone calls with no response. I am wondering and worried my account has been hacked and this concerns me greatly.
