Seems like it took awhile to get the products. The rest was great.

The prices seemed fair to me ( comparing other costs product as well as delivery) and delivery was on time.

The date wasn't far out. I bought 300 test strip. I don't test everyday so some will out dated later .

The device is easy to use, and it is invaluable to have real time data over the course of the day and night. The companion app has a few major deficiencies. The graphs are nice. But you can’t adjust the scale on either the x or y axis, and the exportable images have very low resolution, Worst of all - there is no way to export the raw data for those who want to analyze the results in their own way. If you are interested in these data for research purposes, I would recommend searching for alternatives that offer access to all of the data points in a spreadsheet format.

They were very pleasurable and helpful when contacted for updates and progress. The rapid response consequently was amazing. The quality of the product was at par with the best. But, I held back from the five stars for a few reasons. First the product I needed was out of stock. Although the substitution was good, which made up for it. Second, I had to initiate first contact to get updated. And last, I ordered two full vials of the product and only got one full vial and ten strips. I think I should have gotten the two full vials I originally paid for. Whatever else, should have been extra for the effort. Thank you for asking to take this opportunity to share my impressions. May be next time I will rate the full stars. The metter works great. Thank you again.

The only problem I had was that my supplies were not delivered to my address they were delivered to the town post office. Kind of inconvenient
