Oh no! That is terrible. Maura, your order was placed on 8/3 at 1pm. We shipped the product the same day :) Yay Us! The product was delivered on 8/10 :( It was definitely late, the product was shipped via USPS Priority Mail and delivery was supposed to be 3 days later. This was out of our control. Regardless, of who is to blame, it is not your fault and 100% of your order has been refunded. I wish you would have called us before leaving a 1 star review, we would have gone above and beyond to show you how much we care :)
