i ordered and was charged for 4 boxes…
i ordered and was charged for 4 boxes of strips. i received only 2 boxes! i emailed a few times no response.

You sent expired test strips that are…
You sent expired test strips that are grossly incorrect. Please send me Freestyle Lite blood glucose test strips that have a one year validity or my $49.99 back. I am testing on 6/24/24.

I need test strips every day
I need test strips every day, multiple times a day. Why does it take over a week to get them shipped from Florida to Phoenix AZ? I will be canceling my subscription. If I have to go to the store to buy them because you can't get them to me in a timely fashion.

I want to buy the test strip effective…
I want to buy the test strip effective for 2025 or later. The test strips I have received are the deadline of November 30, 2024 and December 31, 2024 which are the same deadlne of the test strip now I am using with deadline of December 31, 2024 puchased last year. I do not like to use the test strips which are closely nearly out of date.

My first time using this site and they sent me the wrong item and I was billed for a high dollar item and was sent a cheap version

Sensor did not work
Arrival was good, and the Libre 2 sensor started as expected, but after the hour it was not found with the message try again in ten minutes, the next message was to remove and replace sensor. It was unusable.
