It didn’t work, and when I called them about it, they told me to call someone else to complain. THEY TRIED TO PASS THE BUCK.

The advertisement showed the dark blue true metric brand strips. I did not receive those. I received a knock off brand. Totally disappointed. I wanted the actual brand not a Walgreens brand or the ones I received from you.

The sensors all malfunctioned within 24 hours of inserting.

Three consecutive defective FreeStyle Libre 3 sensors. Pushed me to the manufacture rather than refunding or replacement. Will never use this company again.

Bad Customer service !!!!

Ups was supposed to be over night delivery. I paid for it and it is still not delivered. My wife is waiting for a new sensor. Hers is now expired. If it would have been delivered as promised no break in coverage would have happened. As for device it works fine. Too bad the battery doesn’t last longer and it wasn’t so expensive.

As I said before I put this on my debit card for $429.99 hoping that it went through my insurance it did but I have not been reimbursed yet not good form

I ran out of supplies. I had to get my supplies somewhere else.
