returned product that has been expired for over two years. used the mailing label provided. this was provided very promptly. still no refund.

Order got lost by the post office

Have not received my last purchase order number 383202 dated 8-30-2024 for 100 Ultra One Touch strips. All my previous dealings through many years with Diabetic Warehouse have been superb except this time, and a previous email to you on Sept. 13 has not been acknowledged. Perhaps it is yet to come.

I have received expired sensors and when I tried to contact them for refund they didn't even reply my email.

I paid for 2-3 days and from the day I ordered it was a total of 5. I was refunded the shipping amount but still wasn’t happy

This is a sh_t bag group. I ordered an emergency order on Saturday 8/31/24. Gave them my credit payment and signed up for expedited shipping because I was stuck out-of-state for a family members medical emergency. When I checked my email on 9/2/24 they cancelled my order because they claim I was from a fraudulent website. Since when is Apple.com a fraudulent website or Company? I simply ordered a Dexcom set of supply for my Type 1 diabetes which I have had now for over 60 years, I paid with a credit card which was accepted on 8/31/24. How is any of this fraudulent? You get a no star rating from me.

i’ve ordered from this company many times and this last time my package was cancelled without a refund and my order was extremely important since I am a type 1 diabetic. there was no explanation for why it was cancelled. I did call and the nice gentleman on the phone did ship a new package out to me but wasn’t overnight or anything took the same amount of time.

I did not received my product although USPS notified it was delivered at front desk of my building. I already reported to customer support and I expect they can do something
