Order is over 10 days late with no resolution in sight.

About a week after the sensor was put on my arm and it was picked up on my cell phone it just stopped working. I tried to reset the sensor but my phone wouldn’t pick up or link up. Tried multiple attempts to no success. Finally I took it off and threw it away.

I wanted a Type 2 Stelo and a type 3 came. I had to try a whole new app. and the cost was high. For not much more I get two of these from my local Ralphs pharmacy.

I’ve had this pump for 4+ years. I’ve NEVER had so many issues with my infusion set!! I’ve had to change them 4x in 2 1/2 days due to my insulin flow being blocked. Less than 12 hours between the last 2 I’ve put on. I can’t believe this. I paid close to $100 for something I’ve almost fully used up in less than half the time any other box has ever lasted me. So disappointed.

I'm so very sorry but I had to cancel my credit card since you decided to send me an order (that was suppose to be every 90 days) every week and I was not at the address that you sent me the orders. I was really happy with your products but now I don't now what I I'm going to get another provider.
