don't send me and charge me more! Please

I purchased 24 INR test strips which are designed to be used 2 to 3 weeks apart; the expiry date was in a little more than 6 months, so half of them were useless. I asked for and received an RMA, returned them, and waited. Three weeks later I called; they had been received, but a refund had not been issued. It has been now, but I should not have had to call, and they should not have been shipped with this close an expiration date

I hate that you send me emails every day. I am aware of your company. If you keep sending me emails, I will never buy anything from you again.

Have not received order!

I have not received my order yet after 2 weeks and the only answer I got from customer service was to wait more!!!! This is unbelievable.

Paid $9.00 for 3 to 5 days shipping and it took 2 weeks to receive the order. They shipped it using USPS which is the worst.

1. On scheduled deliveries, shipments were late by weeks, not days. 2. Even after talking to reps. by telephone, deliveries remained inaccurate. 3. One rep in particular (Zach) made no effort or apology for the above errors. In response to his efforts in particular, I found a cheaper and more regular supplier for my diabetic goods (Dexcom G7 and Omnipod)
