It is very difficult to stop auto shipments through their 3rd party when a notification is sent that a shipment will be made. Out of frustration I stopped all future shipments. The supplies themselves were fine and arrived quickly.

I received my monitor and test strips in a timely manner. They test any where from 4 points to 38 points off from my one touch which I know is correct.

The product came fast but one of my expensive Dexcom sensors did not work. It had an error message and had to be taken off. I have left messages and no one is calling me back. They are so expensive and only last 10 days that I feel they should replace it.

This request is puzzling My purchase from Diabetic Warehouse was quite some time ago!!!

I am very upset that I can only use the 10 lancets that came in the package cause the other set of 50 lancets were not able to fit in the slot of the glucose-meter so it has been a disappointment

I bought a box of CGM. They arrived in good condition but one worked for about 2 days. I checked the dates & the box seemed old.(2019) We were a bit disappointed because we are seniors Citizen on a budget. Also because we needed the CGM right away we had to pay $ 50.00 shipping & handling. That was very expensive.

ordered item 3 days ago and still not shipped unhappy

There was no notification of shipment and the product was twice the price of retail.
