Mostly good but: After dates & terms were confirmed and agreed upon via multiple email exchanges, check arrived for 10% of agreed amount. Livid, I called. 1st contact made excuse, offered no assistance. I demanded to speak with someone in higher authority who reiterated date issue w/out addressing unit reimbursement inaccuracy. I angrily referred to multiple emails confirming dates and terms. She agreed to research and contact me the following day. From there, everything went as it should have initially. She confirmed what I told her and stated check for balance would be promptly sent. It was, so ultimately, they did perform as originally promised, if not without considerable drama and some delay en route.

It was easy to get the info to send the strips in. The paper included told what was accepted or you could go on web site to see. Very easy. Didnt take long to receive check back.

I sent 3 boxes of the blue one touch strips with “0” damage and I only received 140 dollars. I received 153 dollars the last time.

I didn’t get my bonus ticket either
