The worst service. Asked to be warm transferred to a manager. Could not be done. Called back horrible reception talking to a woman who was inside a tin can that broke in and out. Told her over and over again that 1213 E Hanna Avenue Indianapolis,In 46227 on call. TOLD HER THE NEW BOX AND CHECK FOR THE PREVIOUS 2 BOXES ON TEST STRIPS SENT I WAS OWED PREVIOUSLY NEED TO BE SHIPPED TO MY ADDRESS. Today is Friday July, 10 2020 at 3:02 PM. I have no check now a new box to send my current test strips. Please handle this immediately and send and email to kirk.lewark@gmail telling exactly what has been done and when. I am an established repeat customer but I am currently shopping other Diabetic test strip purchaser now!

I did not Read fine print & i got half price.I was disappointed

Don't ever send in anything worth over $100.00. They just tell you the boxes are expired or something like that. I sent in four boxes of 100 strips, and four boxes of lancets. The boxes were worth $50.00 each buy their prices and the lancets $1.00 each, for a total of $204.00. I also sent in a scratch off they sent me the time before for $5.00 more. For a total of now $209.00. They told me three of the boxes were expired, when I received the boxes in November of 2019. Here it is six months later and their expired? My ass! Oh, they also sent me a check in the amount of $134.00. If three of the boxes were expired, how did they come up with this amount? That would have left one box at $50.00 and one box of lancets, since they only do one to one, at $1.00 plus the $5.00 scratch off for a total of $56.00? This all seems like some scam on me. I know my strip weren't expired, and from now on I will take pictures of them. How they came up with the difference of $75.00 is beyond me.

I would not have even given you one star but you had no empty box. I'm not mad, brief anger though yes I was. What you gave me was a gift, I usually throw those boxes away and received nothing for them. Sadly though your gifts to me is as if I still threw them away. It is what it is.

When you send my check it is here in 2 to 3 days. It was sent on 6/15 today is 6/20 and I have yet to receive it. I tracked it and wonder why it went to ybor fl, new york and new Jersey. Did this never happened. Very disappointed with this service. Can you explain this?

Don't trust this company! I sent a brand new box of lancets. I never received payment. They said the Box had been damaged and without any word to me, they said they destroyed the product! What a bunch of bull crap!
