Quick payment turn around

Never had a problem before but took longer this time thats why 3 stars instead of 5

I was disappointed with amount of money that I was paid.

I received my check in six days, fabulous and thank you! The bad news? I believe I sent nine sealed, within criteria 50-count containers Of strips, but only received credit fewer than seven.....they were valued at $22.00 when I mailed them off. Did the value change? No explanation.... Sincerely, Mike Pena

Was not informed that payment would drop to $6.00 less.

It would have been nice if i was informed to the price decrease on my test strips. There are other organizations that pay a little more and i would have liked the opportunity to make that decision.

I didn't know you had changed your prices.

Your service was prompt, but I couldn’t find the basis on which you arrive at the amount of payment. That should be very transparent
