Very bad experience, i sent in 250 test strips and recieved only $56; i was expecting $125 They said there was ink on box, but it was not my fault it was from the pharmacy, if i would have known that i was only going to receive this amount, i would have kept them. I sent them brand new the next day i got them from the pharmacy Maybe other companys do t care about this issue

After 2 weeks I’m still waiting on my check.

I don't understand why the amount changes every month. What I mean by this is without a extra scratch card I usually get $55.00 Yet when I do the scratch and get and extra $5 I am still just getting $55 or sometimes less? So I do not understanding the pricing at all.....

They never called back shorted me said they were out dated

I sent in 3 boxes of One Touch Ultra Blue Testing strips and your price for these strips are $22.00 a box. I had only received $33.00 instead of $66.00, and that is half of what is promised to me. I didn't have damaged boxes, nor expired boxes.Your company owes me $33.00, or maybe someone made a typo when sending the funds?

I noticed my check was short $8 I called customer service and they informed me that as of January they started paying less per box of 100 test strips that I usually get paid for that is very disappointing due to the fact no one sent me an email or text as to this new payment decrease.

Check was short by 20 bucks.said box was damaged how would i know that no notification of any sort on your part for a better part of a year iv sent 2 boxes of freestyle lite 100 count. Never had this problem loyalty means nothing to your company i guess. Well if i dont get a response on how to fix this i will consider that a slap in the face and were done.thank you rich boone
