My experience with sin city diabetics is rude unprofessional staff who do false advertisement saving same day processing as soon as they get your packages without really explaining if takes three or fours days first time was fast after took too long bad for business not backed up by your word honest business I was treated disrespectful and calling after they received my package and was going to bbb to make formal complaints I advise don’t do business with them this company not reliable even after countless phone calls finally reached asst manager which was direct and respectful but employees weren’t and it’s ridiculous when your giving them business no one has the right to talk to you in rude manner

Did not receive first time bonus, then was told it would be sent and never received it.

The first two times I sent my test strips to Sin City Diabetics I received payment with no problems. The last time I sent my strips packaged the same way, I did not receive any payment and was not contacted.. When I called to investigate I was told they received the box with no test strips in it. Sin City stole my test strips. I will not do any further business with Sin City Diabetics, they are theives.

I have been waiting since december 9th to get paid for my seven boxes of test strips i was told it would be in my paypal account by the end of business yesterday and im still waiting

Sent them 16 boxes of test strips that were new, in a box they sent. Didn't hear from anyone, and had to call them several times to get a hold of someone. Was then told that something printed on the box made the test strips non profitable for them. Rather then given me the choice to get them back, they just (supposedly) donated them. Do not do business with these fraudsters. If Sin City Diabetics fixes this problem, this review will be removed.
