I was supposed to received a 5 dollar bonus with this order an didn't received it, I fill out a slip on my last order that I sent in

Truthfully I’m not pleased with the company I sent in a certain amount of test strips , and expecting x number of dollars and get shorted with less than it should be.

I sent 5 strips 2 that were dated 10/20 & 3 dated 6/20 & I got 40$'s before I sent them I spoke to a representative & told him what I had so I would know what I was going to be paid & I even sent a card for 5.00$'s last time I got 94$'s for 5 strips dated 6/20 so this doesn't even make sense to me at all & I am not happy about this at all!

No estoy conforme envíe una cajita de stress por valor de 21 us$ y no me la pagaron,por favor reembolsarme o sino no vuelvo a mandar y daré a conocer,hiba en perfectas condiciones,por favor o me envían el cheque o me regresan mis strip.

I was very disappointed with my pay I know I sent over $200 worth of strips you paid me less than $25 per box I made sure they were within the dates to receive less $50 if not at least $25 you only paid me $80 I will not be doing business with you many more I’m glad I didn’t send my 2021 stripes

I send them six boxes of test strips. Last time I got $120 this time I got $60. They sent me no notification or ask me if I want my test results back because of the lower price. Be aware their prices change even for recurrent customer.

Ive never had issues with them before. this last order they did not pay the amount for they say it changes daily. I thought the rate would stay the same. if the products are the same as before why the rate drop

they dont pay as they described in their site, my boxes were new, they said its damaged, I have proof of pictures when I sent it.
