Oringle paperwork spent tell you how much you get for each box of stripes. So you don't know how much you will get and if there are even giving you an acceptable amount.

Took over 2weeks for you guys to get my product that was sent to you

You did send return package as promised. I send 10 boxes of strips with the correct dates indicated by you. I received HALF the amount that I should have. This was not the first time I have used your site and have always been happy in the past, but not this time! No letter enclosed to explain the difference in payment, just a check in a lesser amount than stated. Not happy.

I dont like the payment

I thought this would be a good company, however after making a call to see why my check was so much different than what I was told, was upsetting. The lady told me that some of the boxes were damaged. I know that they were all together and they would not be. I have been selling strips for years and even tho this is not who I have dealt with before, they are mailed in a box and never, NEVER have they been damaged, they are always taped together and if one gets damaged they all do. I have never been so saddened to find that they could not have picked up a phone to discuss issues with me. This is poor customer service and can't express enough how much I feel wronged. They could have taken pictures or placed a call. They did nothing that they should have or could have to keep there customers happy.
