2 boxes of strips and a brand new meter which looking at the price list that was sent to my email totalled $95.00 but was sent $40.00. Will not be using this service again.

Because I sent in 10 boxes and only got 27 dollars not fair was not broke damanged or nothing

I sent a box of 100 onetouch ultra test strips was torn and 2 boxes of lancets of 100 and a $5.00 coupon I was told I could get anything because it was not the correct ticket on the box. i ask the lady to send them back, instead I received that weak check Of $28.50 I take pictures of all my items before sending and keep them in case something like this happens. And I took a picture of the check that was sent. I emailed it to my son in law. Who works for the FBI, who told me these companies are already being investigated but they didn’t have pictures of items. He will help me make a deal to stay out of trouble. Plus you or your receptionist is very unprofessional and nasty. Have a great day

I sent strips in and was told that I if I sent lancets in then I need to send them together I spoke with someone and let them know o could not fit it all in the one box they provide so I sent it separately . I was then told after they received it that I would not get any cash for the lance tax and kept my vouchers

When I received your check for $ 41., it was a lot less than what I had expected. Also there was no reconciliation so I didn't know what you were paying for what. I am quite sure I will be trying another company as there were quite a few when I Goggled it. Thanks anyway. I will chalk it up to experience. Jack Sawyer
