I sent in 3,/$5 boxes of test strips and 4/boxes of lancets, and your company sent me 16.00/ the lancets were supposed to be a$1.00 a box.you do the math

The service is fast, the only problem I have is how do you come up with the amount you send? My figures always different then yours....my test strips are not expired or near the expiration date but my amount is always different from yours...maybe there should be a invoice explaining the amount sent. Thank you
