Everything went wrong
Everything went wrong, the people that work there at the 7301 N. Lincoln Ave location in LincolnWood, seem to be very unprofessional. I arrived at 9:00 am and finally left at 12:00 pm. I waited three hours just to get my security code changed because I requested a replacement EBT card and did not remember my old security code. Whatever they did, it did not work. My EBT card still can not relink to any of the apps that are used in Illinois. The woman that I did speak with told me that they did not change security codes at that location. However, she did speak to her manager about that, and the manager came over to her desk and told her what to do. Obviously, it didn't work because I am still not able to relink my EBT card and use it. That trip was a complete waste of time, they made a lot of customers wait for an excessive amount of time; and several customers noticed that and left because they were very unsatisfied with how they were being treated. Illinois is notorious for denying disabled people disability benefits. I had a benign brain tumor at the age of six, and was operated here in Chicago. My oncologist told me to avoid second hand smoke, stressful situations and hazardous conditions many years ago in the 1970s. I was very young at the time and really didn't understand what he meant. He meant that I had a neurological disability and should not really work. Now, that is the law here in Illinois. According to the Disability Act, (section 11.5), any person that has had a benign brain tumor surgery is recognized as being disabled. However, even though my surgery is on my medical records. I am still not classified as being disabled, and I am not receiving any type of disability benefits either. The Illinois department of Human services is a complete joke and waste of time. They don't really seem to actually help people and do their job. By the way, I am the maternal grandson of Col. Luis Cubas. In case some people do not fully understand what that means, I am the last remaining heir to the throne of Spain and the Grandmaster of the Supreme Order of Christ. I have my certificate of baptism which can be used to establish a direct line of descent. I'm French and Italian descent, my entire family is from Spain. I was born in Cuba because my grandparents were all Spanish military intelligence officers and stationed in Cuba at the time. Cuba is owned by Spain and so is most of the Midwest including Illinois.
