Great service
When my vendor said that they could expedite this shipment from Texas to Hawaii 3-5 day air, it came with a price tag that was double DGX rate. Once I said I would have it picked up by DGX/DHX they were delayed in communicating with me on the BOL information. Mario was very patient and responded quickly when we finally got all the answers needed to get this picked up and in the air. DGX and DHX do their best for us
DGX and DHX have always given us the best service and best rates. Extremely stable company and when they say they will pick up or when they say they will deliver, they do. No wasted time which for us is extremely important with either perishable products or international shipments.

DGX Global Express is reliable and convenient! The customer service is friendly and professional. Even if freight is delayed, the team is proactive in resolving the situation and delivering in a conscientious manner. Raquel, Rita and Jorge are an exceptional leadership team and their team members are a reflection of their strong work ethic & integrity.
