Ordered a product 4 months ago, returned the product after much back and forth, to the address provided. Had to open a claim thru Paypal after I tracked the package, saw it was delivered. They claimed I had not returned it to the correct address. It was a long battle with Paypal, to prove repeatedly that I had done what they requested. Finally got my money back, but it took 3 months. Yesterday I got an email from these guys saying it looked like my problem was taken care of. Don’t work with this company.

They say I have received my order back in August 2020, The thing is I don't even know who or what they are,what they're stand for and most of all I dont even know what I was supposed to have ordered. If I had ordered anything I would know what I ordered. The thing is just what do they sell?????? I have no idea and I have not been able to find out.

I would not trust them. They did say on the website that the buyer could use Paypal. The Paypal button is nowhere to be seen. I did not buy the product, because of the reviews here. Their support after I emailed them 2 months ago finally answered and told me to use a credit card. Buyer beware.

This is the worst online business I have ever seen. I ordered a Blaux Airconditioner on July 8. I cancelled the order on August 16. I called my credit card August 28 and reported them because they gave me the Demand excuse first, then the Covid second. The merchandise got sent after my credit card company contacted them but I had already cancelled it on Aug.16. They said it was sent on August 28, and should I wish to refuse their offer of 20% off the price, and return the merchandise, I would be responsible for shipping fees. What a gong show. Never deal with this outfit!

I would not buy anything from them. I bought items that were not as stated and I got authorization to return, returned them with tracking, they received them but are saying they did not and are not refunding my money. I have filed a claim with my bank and I am sending a letter to my attorney general. Buyer be ware of this place it is fraud.

The first thing they do is take the money as soon as you hit the buy button. Then delay action is to email you saying you have not completed the delivery address fully (I did but I had to do it again). Anyway I received it my Ochenwatch. All singing all dancing ,I follow instructions but It will not pair up with my Apple I phone. I read the instructions fully then noticed it said do not immerse in water. The adverts I read said it was waterproof!!!. No good for swimming. I emailed them 3 times now & still waiting for a reply so I posted it back to address of sender in Netherland !! Still waiting..Scammers.

I ordered from their chinese scam site buzzbgone a couple months ago. I havnt seen any tracking and no product but they did make sure to charge me the day that i ordered their product and they signed me up for some txt spam messages. After i ordered they started me emails trying to convince me i didnt finish my order but i checked my credit card and it was there. I should have knew it was a scam when i searched on different devices and found many buzzbgone clone sites all with different prices

If I could give a rating of 0, I would. THIS IS A SCAM!! I will NEVER do this again!! Need to find a way to get my money back. Calling the 'organization' yielded no answer and then the audacity to ask to complete a survey....GET THE MESS OUTTA HERE!!! IF i ever get my product, I'll let you know....
