They hit me with the back door. I took 50 free spins for 5 bucks and won 15 took the 15 and turned it into $765.00 and went to verify my identity passed the first one with my id and selfie it wanted a picture of my card and when I clicked off the web page to upload the photo I was logged out and blocked. I opened another account only to converse with a live agent to find out what the hell happened. The agent made me try to do the verification on the duplicate account I never used one spin on. That gave them cause to block me and I think they cashed the money to there own card because that was the last step. Backdoored me soon as I verified enough for them to slide in and block me and redeem the winnings themselves as a bonus. Bunch of crooks someone stole my money that works there im almost positive about that thats why they wouldn't give it back because it was empty. They drained my account and locked up for making duplicate account which that agent told me it was the only was to verify my identity which worked to there plan perfect to rob me.
