I was at rock bottom when it came to my gut issues and health. I’d spent over 10 years “dealing with” my stomach issues (ignoring it and living with it mostly). Then I saw Heather on Instagram and I knew I had to try. She was so knowledgeable and passionate about gut issues and confident that she could help anyone! And she was right to be confident. I’ve been working with her and Carla for a few months now, and I feel better in that short time than I ever did going to doctors. Both ladies are so passionate about what they do, sympathetic to my concerns and issues, and full of knowledge and the want to help. Working with them is the best thing I have ever done for my health and I could never thank them both enough for giving me my “normal” life back.

I had ibs-d symptoms for 10 years. There was no rhyme or reason as to why my stomach was always a mess. Good days was an upset stomach, bad days I wasn’t leaving the house. I’d eat one food one day and feel ok, then I’d have the same food later on and I’d be rushing to a restroom. It was very unpredictable and left me hating social situations for fear of a flare up. I had tried every type of doctor you can think of and nothing worked. I found out about Heathers practice through Instagram and figured I had nothing to lose. Her and her team were great, they sent me over multiple tests to pinpoint what was going on, and after 10 years I finally had answers as to why my stomach was a mess. After we found the root cause, she assigned me a temporary food plan and supplements. I started seeing improvements in about 2 weeks. After 6 months I felt like a new person. I am finally a normal, social person again and I owe it to Heather and her team. Cannot recommend her program enough

Heather and her team are incredible, they take the time to understand the root causes of what is going on with you - no band-aids or quick fixes! They were very responsive throughout the protocol and answered all my questions. Heather is deeply knowledgeable and constantly keeping up with the newest research and lab testing so you know you are getting the best care. I highly recommend working with her.
